How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. You can contact us via email at ryan@shiftedvelocity.com.
  2. Provide Order Details: Please have your order number, the items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange ready when you contact us.
  3. Approval & Reimbursement: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive confirmation from our team. The reimbursement of your full order value will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility for Reimbursement

The reimbursement will be processed once the return request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team.

Conditions

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

2. Original tags and packaging should be intact where applicable.

Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale, and such items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items will be clearly noted in the product description.
