Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 0-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping with a delivery estimate of 5-8 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Priority Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, with delivery estimates of 2-5 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for all shipping options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.


    • Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team at ryan@shiftedvelocity.com for assistance.


    • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Shifted Velocity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
  • Verify the shipping address you provided.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.


    • Damaged Items in Transit

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ryan@shiftedvelocity.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
